With an average on-state current of 1500A, repetitive peak off-state and reverse voltage from 800V to 1800V, and surge current capacity up to 18kA, this thyristor is well suited for medium- and high-power converter equipment. Its double-side cooled structure, low thermal resistance of 0.016°C/W, and 650g robust disc package support stable thermal performance in high-power applications.
